I am a self-taught software engineer, primarily focusing on Android apps. I had the privilege to work in teams that bootstrapped and scaled up two award-winning Android apps - Mimo and Bikemap. Mimo, for instance, won “Best of Google Play” and “Editors’ Choice” awards just 6 months after it was launched, and currently has 10M+ downloads. Both apps have been featured as “Best self-improvement app” and “Best cycling app”, respectively, in several apps magazines.

While working at these startups, I became curious about the process of scaling up a startup into a large company, including how engineering workflows adapt and evolve in the process. With that in mind, I made a transition to Meta, where I had the opportunity to work on WhatsApp that has billions of active users.

There is always more to learn and improve upon. I am grateful for the opportunities I have had and am committed to continuing to grow and develop.
